These Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the purchase, use, and transfer of tickets through Your ID, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing tickets from us, you (“you” or “Purchaser”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase tickets through our platform.

1. Ticket Purchase and Use

1.1 All Sales Final – All ticket sales are final. Unless required by law or explicitly stated in the event organizer’s policy, tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

1.2 Revocable License – A ticket constitutes a revocable license that grants the holder access to the specified event, subject to these Terms and any additional terms imposed by the event organizer or venue.

1.3 Resale and Transfer Restrictions – Tickets may be subject to resale, transfer, or use restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel or void tickets sold in violation of applicable resale policies or laws.

2. Assumption of Risk and Limitation of Liability

2.1 Assumption of Risk – Attendance at events carries inherent risks, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, property loss, or exposure to contagious diseases. By purchasing and using a ticket, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.

2.2 Limitation of Liability – To the fullest extent permitted by law, Your ID, Inc., its affiliates, event organizers, venues, and partners are not liable for:

• Personal injury, property damage, or other loss resulting from event attendance;

• Event cancellations, changes, or force majeure events beyond our control;

• Actions or negligence of third parties, including event organizers, venue operators, or security personnel.

2.3 Release of Claims – By purchasing a ticket, you release and discharge Your ID, Inc., its affiliates, and event organizers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to the event, except where prohibited by law.

3. Event Entry and Attendee Conduct

3.1 Event Policies and Compliance – Ticket holders must comply with all event rules, venue policies, security procedures, and applicable laws. Failure to do so may result in denial of entry or ejection from the event without refund.

3.2 Prohibited Conduct – We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals for:

• Engaging in illegal, disruptive, or unsafe behavior;

• Violating venue rules or security protocols;

• Any other conduct deemed inappropriate by event staff.

3.3 Lost or Stolen Tickets – Your ID, Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged tickets. It is your responsibility to protect and secure your ticket until the event.

4. Privacy and Data Use

4.1 Use of Personal Information – By purchasing a ticket, you agree to our collection and use of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Marketing and Communications – You consent to receiving event-related notifications, promotions, and communications. You may opt out at any time.

5.1 Governing Law – These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

5.2 Dispute Resolution – Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware, except where prohibited by law.
